SHIPPING POLICY

FreshFindsDepot ships to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available products, shipping services, rates, and delivery estimates may vary by destination.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery is generally 7–20 business days. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Weekends, holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

Orders are reviewed and processed before shipment. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days to begin showing movement.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins. We are not responsible for loss or additional charges caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import rules and product restrictions.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Items from one order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Separate tracking details may be provided.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If tracking does not show delivery after the estimated period, or if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact brandonviars8@gmail.com with your order number.

For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the claim.

REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

Additional shipping or handling costs caused by refusing a shipment, failing to collect a package, or failing to pay customs charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
